AMN Forms is cloud-based software, which requires an internet connection. To ensure that your changes are always saved, the software has a connectivity checker to ensure your internet connection is working.
If we detect that the internet has failed, we display a banner advising you that the computer is offline.
Whilst you are offline, you should not continue to work on any forms, as any changes you make may not be saved.
It's important to make sure that you have a solid connection to the internet. If you are using a wireless connection please make sure you are close enough to the router. You need to make sure that you have a constant connection when using the product and working on forms.
If you continue to have difficulty we can disable the connectivity checker on your account - please raise a ticket with the support team.
