How to use the Equator integration

AMN Forms integrates with Equator to allow for the submission of BPOs and MMRs directly into Equator. Currently the integration only supports Fannie Mae BPOs and MMRs, this includes BPOs for Fannie Mae HECM properties if they are listed on Equator.

Link a property to Equator

When you create a property you're asked if you want to link the property to Fannie Mae, when you tick this box AMN Forms will try to find that property within your Equator account.

If this is your first time using AMN Forms with Equator, you'll be prompted for your Equator login details.

Once your property has been linked with Equator, you're then able to create your forms. It's important that you choose forms that are Equator compatible - they have names that begin with "Eq".

Submitting your form to Equator

After you've completed your form as normal, you're able to click the Equator Upload button to send the form to Equator.

AMN Forms will check your form to ensure it meets Equator's requirements.

You may be prompted with errors that you need to correct. For example you might not have entered some mandatory information on one of the form's pages. 

If AMN Forms believes everything is correct, you'll be prompted to submit your completed form to Equator. You can either Upload the form, which adds it to Equator but doesn't send it to Fannie Mae or Upload & Submit which adds it to Equator and thens sends it to Fannie Mae.

Now AMN Forms will start the transmission of the form and associated pictures into Equator system. Depending upon a few factors the speed can vary. You can stay on the submitting screen or you can move elsewhere in AMN Forms, the submission will continue in the background.

That’s it, you’re all done. If you are still logged into AMN Forms you will receive an alert that your form was successfully submitted. If you have logged out, you can return back to your form and you are provided with the status of your submission.
