Toolbar button explanation

The AMN Forms toolbar is shown when you're editing a form, in the top right hand corner of the screen. 

The items in the menu change depending on what options are available on your current form. This is a list of all possible buttons:

Duplicate Form

This allows you to duplicate the form within your current property, or to save a copy of the form to another property.

Print / Download PDF

Download a completed PDF form to your computer, which can also be printed.

Email PDF

Send a completed PDF copy of the form by email.

 

Delete Form

Permanently delete the current form.

Return to Property List

Go back to the main Property List page.

Send Document for Esigning

Available only on compatible forms. This allows you to send a document to be Esigned by other parties. See this tutorial for more instructions on Esigning.

Upload Form to Equator

Available only on compatible forms. This allows you to upload a completed MMR or BPO to Fannie Mae's Equator system. See this tutorial for more instructions on Equator.

Export to XML/ZIP File

Available only on compatible forms. This allows you to export a completed BPO for use with Fannie Mae's AMN system. See this tutorial for more instructions.
