Updating your payment details

AMN Forms accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. You can change your payment details at any time.

Once logged into AMN Forms, click the My Profile option in the top right hand corner.

Then select the Update Payment Details button. 

You will then be shown your current payment details. For security reasons only the last four digits of your card number are shown, and your security code is not displayed.

You can over-type any details you would like to update. If you are changing your credit card number, you must enter your card's security code and expiry date.

When you've made your changes click the Update Info button.

When you update your payment details AMN Forms will check your card details with your bank. If they are validated, any future payments will be taken from these new details.
